People in Motion - New CFO of Genfer Group Hired

Mr. Per Fatland has been hired as CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of Genfer Group.

Mr. Fatland is 50 years old and holds a Master of Business Administration from the prestigious Norges Handelshøgskole in Bergen, Norway. He has broad financial experience as CFO mainly within larger industrial groups such as Rio Tinto Plc. (the world's largest mining company) and Boliden, a large Swedish group. He has also worked for various financial institutions. Mr. Fatland previous position was CFO at the Hatteland Group, which consists of 25 companies, including Genfer Group's IT partner Solutions. Mr. Fatland's tasks at Genfer Group will include total responsibility for the Group's financial management, funding requirements, and corporate reporting. He started 1 March, 2007.
