Genfer Lloyd Starts Using Automated Invoice Processing System
21.08.2006Genfer Lloyd has implemented an advanced new Norwegian software system called Eye-share.
This means that all incoming Norwegian invoices are scanned and automatically forwarded to the appropriate person(s) responsible for approving the invoice. After approval, the invoice is then booked and paid from the accounting system. Use of Eye-share is an important step towards a completely paperless office, and means that approval can take place at projects sites anywhere in the world instantly. Since starting to use Eye-share mid-summer, Genfer Lloyd has already processed several hundred invoices.
