Genfer Lloyd Signs Frame Agreement with Aker Finnyards
07.09.2006Genfer Lloyd is proud to announce that it today has signed a contract with Aker Finnyards covering work to be performed during 2006/2007.
Aker Finnyards has contracted with RCCL to build the world's largest cruise ships, and Genfer Lloyd will act as subcontractor to Aker Finnyards on certain modules on the third ship in the series. Work will start next month and will be performed at both Turku, Finland, as well as Helsinki and/or Rauma. This is an important step in Genfer Lloyd's development as an international offshore and shipbuilding contractor, and we look forward to cooperating with Aker Finnyards.
