New Contract for Fitjar Mekaniske Verksted
29.09.2006Genfer Lloyd is pleased to announce that it has signed a contract with Fitjar Mekaniske Verksted (part of the Bergen Yards Group) for work on a fishing vessel which will be converted into a seismic research vessel.
The scope of work includes the construction of a hangar, accomodation, shell plate exchange in area of anchor pocket and main deck plate replacing in area of removed superstructure. Work will start immediately and will be performed at Halsnoy, Norway. Project Manager for FMV is Andrzej Stojaczyk.
